Question Surf internet with $9.99 Blackberry email plan on wifi?

Please Login to Remove!

I have multiple lines on a family plan with T-Mobile. My wife's phone has the H@H plan (family plan) and the Blackberry email plan for $9.99. When at home on our wifi network she can't use the browser to surf the internet. I know with her plan she can't use it out on the road but I thought she would at home. It comes in handy when dwnloading programs, etc. Any ideas?
