Unit MUST be accurately described and in new or like-new condition. None of this, "Yeah it's like new" only to arrive with scratches on the lens, etc.
If it has defects, I want to know in advance - doesn't necessarily rule it out, but you've gotta be honest about the condition.
I am willing to consider trades; I have both gold and Ti 8320s, and an 8GB iPhone, which of course would require some cash added to the 8310.
I am willing to consider "out of the box specials", also known as refurbs - but don't tell me they're new unless you have at least an OEM box to show. Again, refurb OK, lying about a refurb not OK.
I'm willing to buy a unit with no accessories, and the price needs to reflect it.

hey i have an 8310 that's locked to AT&T and I'm having trouble trying to unlock it. I'm waiting for one last email then I'm gonna sell it if that doesn't work. It's new and only been taken out to test operations

Oh, and I'm not trying to be a prick in my original post on this thread, just trying to cut down to the chase and move quickly with a serious seller. I know a lot of the eBay tricks, and am trying to avoid wasting time and money with those.

When I said new or like-new condition, that's pretty flexible. There are cases where scratches and/or dings are OK, I just would like photos and an honest assessment of the damage.
