Query about General Features of KSoap

Hello All,
I am very new for the Web service implementation Via KSoap. I want to know about the capabilities of KSoap for the following ............
1 - Is KSOAP Support WSDL ?
2 - Is it Possible to Access IMG and Audio/Vedio MIME using KSoap.
3 - if one will built a webservice client using ksoap then is it Necessary to set User Agent on Server side for Handling the KSOAP Request.
Plz. remove my small doubts i will be very great full to all of you!
