Spoke to VZW support this morning... "Known issue being worked with BlackBerry®" [sic, RIM]. No timeframe to resolve -- apparently, different users losing different services, and others fully functional.
App World finally accessible for me as of about 15:30 EDT. Hopefully, this means it is resolved for all affected. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile
