All items comes with 12 months warranty and Warranty period starts from arrival day.
All items is guaranteed to be working upon arrival.
A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended.
At warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for pay the return postage fees. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, your purchase amount, except shipping costs, will be repaid.
If the item is found to have been damaged by the customer by for instance rough handling, wrong installation or extreme temperatures, the warranty is not valid. Return:
If an unit is received defective, of course we take it back or replace it.
