Shipping/Handling
ICR uses quality material and techniques when packaging sold items. Materials such as anti-static bags, bubble wrap, Insta-pak or G-flex foam are used to ensure safe and secure shipments.
If customers require shipment outside the continental U.S., please provide your full address, contact name, and phone number. ICR will not ship outside the U.S. unless customers provide the details listed above. Our default shipment carrier is UPS, however, we can ship using FedEx, DHL, or truck freight if necessary.
Turnaround Time
After ICR receives payment, unit(s) will ship within 1-2 weeks for electronics and 2-3 weeks for mechanical items. Please contact us if you need your item expedited. If we have available stock, it's possible to have it to you within 24-48 hours.
Terms
ICR accepts Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa and Bank (Wire) Transfer. All payments are in US dollars. ICR must receive payment(s) by the winning buyer within 7 days upon completion of any sales.
Returns
Please inform ICR before sending a unit back for any reason. ICR will determine if a refund is applicable after reviewing the cause and condition the unit is in when it arrives. Returns must be packaged properly to insure unit is not damaged during shipping. Any unit damaged in shipping may result in loss of refund. Units sold "As Is" or "For Parts" are not eligible for refunds. ICR does not offer payment for return shipping or refund original shipping costs.
Warranty
ICR provides warranty coverage up to 1 year, unless stated otherwise or sold "As Is" or "For Parts". ICR warranty will be void if there is evidence of the following: physical damage, tampering, incorrect installation, or external factors contributing to failure such as evidence of a power surge. Software and programming are also not covered under warranty. If purchased unit(s) fails within warranty period and are deemed a valid warranty, ICR will exchange, repair, or refund the cost of the unit back to the buyer.
