The meter is within Factory Specs, inputs have been checked and have no cracks, or breaks and are not rounded out,premium leads have been inspected and are good condition with no cracks or cuts,Internal Fuses have been checked and tested as have been the extra set of fuses,LED reads clear with no fading segments,Meter is in good condition, does have some minor scratches and some minor smudges, stains, discoloring and imperfections on rubber housing,from use, also the battery door is has marker on it,but really a pretty clean meter.New batteries have been installed.
