Shipping
- Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground for domestic orders. calculates these fees. USPS, FedEx, and most common carriers are available upon request.
- Orders are shipped within two business days (usually one) unless special packaging, crating, or a pallet is required. Additional charges may apply in this case.
- Same day shipping available upon request.
- All orders FOB (FCA) Shipping Point. does not add Insurance. Buyer may be responsible for Insurance Fees for orders above $500.

- Purchase Orders from Government Agencies or large Corporations are available with approval.

Returns

- Products purchased in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in returned in resalable condition.

- HSC reserves the right to reject orders and or void warranty on a case by case basis. E-mail communications supersede all terms and conditions.
- U.S. Dept of Commerce laws are strictly adhered to. Do not ask for any changes to tariff codes or product value. Orders over $2500 are subject to export delays.
