INMOS IMS B008 ISA TRAM MotherboardPulled from a working system and guaranteed in good condition.The IMS B008 is a TRAM motherboard which plugsinto the IBM PC-XT or PC-AT and provides an interfacebetween the IBM PC and transputer based systems. Ithas slots for up to ten TRAMs. Links 1 and 2 from eachof the TRAM slots are hard wired on the IMS B008,such that the TRAMs, when plugged in, form a pipelineof processing elements. The remaining links can be‘‘softwired’’ using an INMOS IMS C004 programmablelink switch, incorporated on the IMS B008. This arrangementallows a large variety of networks to becreated under software control.
