Get more out of your low strength engraver with the K40+ control board! Purpose built for our 20W, 30W, and 40W desktop laser engravers, this circuit board comes preflashed with open source Smoothie firmware and additional signal ports that work just as well with most CNC routers. The ports handle our machines' default stepper motors and axis limits while providing support for even stronger add-on motors and vent fans if needed. Further, this 24V logic board will allow your K40 laser to direct rotary axes around the U axis, adjust your workbed height along the Z axis for rapid autofocusing, and activate pressurized air assists on your laser head for safer work. Most importantly, this customized smoothieboard will allow your K40 box to work with LightBurn running on any current and common operating system—Windows, Linux, or MacOS—so you can do precision grayscale work with any K40 laser cutter.
