You can use these with ANY SIP provider, and I have used it for inbound and outbound dialing, using DIDs isn\'t a problem. I have used CallCentric IPComms and some others, but it takes a little work on the phone itself, so you have to reset the phone to factory defaults. OBITalk.com won\'t work for them, which you need for Google Voice. It won\'t work with Google Voice....You can also set them up as a Batphone, pick it up and call someone on another phone automatically. Nice for parents, kids, etc. I used these as extensions, with CallCentric as the virtual PBX.
Phones are locked to internet provider.
