This was a tough one! Unbranded and we are thinking it is a vintage (possible 70s-80s?) GSR Galvonic Skin Response Tester.
The power cord looks like it might been replaced. It is a Commodore branded plug.
The headphones are damaged, but both sides still emit the beeps/sounds.
Powers on and the light functions and there are beeps when the “Sample Well Plate” button is pressed. That was the best I could do to test it.
