Blacklisted BB

Hello All, I recently bought a used storm 2. I have activated BIS on it. I can make calls and can even use my phone as a modem but my phone isnt connected to RIM cos its indicates small edge all through. I have called my sevice provider who seems to be as confused as I am. I just want to find out if the BB pin is blacklisted, what I can do to reactivate it if possible. Thanks

No response, just not connecting to RIM. Though when I make calls I get the response 'SIM:Action barred' after the call. There are no service books, no details on Host routing table

Return the device to the seller and get your money back.
