BlackBerry Z10 lock with no screen
 

Hello

I have a BlackBerry Z10 since few weeks, it was working since I press someting and now it's lock with no screen and all stay black, it is not opening at all, even if I press 10 second to re-initialize it, and even wen clicked and tapped and swiped the sreen it stay black, and the battery was full charge, and the del do not light-up wen I plug the BlackBerry charger. The charger work ok since I've try it with another phone. I did not put any pass words.

What can I do ?

If the phone stays black and your sure the battery is ok AND you did not drop the phone or get it wet then it may be defective.

try these.

Pull the battery wait for about 2 minutes and replace.
the display should show the word BLACKBERRY
then you should see the BLACKBERRY SYMBOL
after about a minute or so the phone should show the time and date

From there the display will show icons or require a password if you set one.

If none of this happens and your SURE the battery is ok then try to borrow a battery to test. If that also fails I would suggest your Z10 is defective.
If you recently purchased it I would return it if possible.
