One Way sync (outlook -> Blackberry) on BES
 

Hi,

we recently installed a Blackberry Enterprise Express Server (Version 5.0.1).
and we only use it for Email/contact/calendar synchronization between
the Blackberry Device and Outlook (Exchange 2007 SP1).

Everything works just fine, for 1 thing:

When i delete a external email in outlook it doesn't get deleted on the device.
when i delete an email on the blackberry it does get deleted in outlook.

Internal Email does get synchronized both ways.

Anyone got any ideas what might be set wrong? we dont use the desktop manager, We only use wireless sync.

it is effect to all user BES ? have you check on wireless sync read and unread email ?
email set " stay on mailbox " on Exchange server ?

By default thats the way BES works. as buluks was mentioning, there are device settings that control this.
