Can't agree to AppWorld issue - 9700 OS6
 

Hello all - I've an annoying issue with my 9700. It's on OS6 (6.0.0.380) and everything seems to work well apart from this issue.

If I launch App World I get to sign in but when the agreement comes up there is no "Agree" button or prompt. Nothing in the option key either.

Until I agree to the policy I can't download anything - really annoying!

Am I being really thick here and missing something obvious or is this an issue with my phone?

Can you scroll to the bottom of the screen?

Try deleting App World and then reinstalling it. I've always found it to be a quirky app, and one that's cost me money by having to download apps that I purchased more than once.

Thanks for the replies guys. I ca scroll right to the bottom. When I get there there's nothing to press or see! It then starts back at the beginning again - caught in a damn loop! :)

My font is BBAlpha Sans 8pt. All text looks fine - it's not too big. Just nothing to press!

I'll uninstall and see what that does!

Have upgraded the OS to .448 and it's now sorted! I now have an "Agree" button. Have agreed and all's sorted! Can now download apps!

Now I just wish they get help to the ISVs to get their apps compatible with OS6. Its rediculous that RIM has so many apps that don't work with the new OS6
