"Communication Problem" using amAze GPS (and all other apps)...
 

I'm trying to use amAze GPS & Phase10 (a game) on my 8310, but I can't get them to work since I've got a "Communication Problem". I just got the phone this week. I don't know if this means anything, but it also says "Unknown Number" at the dialing screen where my phone number should be. Do I need to change some setting to get these to work? I apologize if I haven't given enough info - I'm new to this :smile:

PhishHead, on your BB, go to Options > Advanced > GPS > Menu > Refresh GPS.

When you do this, be outside in clear view of the sky, no tall buildings, and wait up to 10 minutes for it to find your satellites.

Unknown Number could be that you need to enter your SIM phone number at options > Advanced > SIM card. Is your phone number entered there?

Thanks! The phone number issue is solved now. Unfortunately, the Communication Problem still exists. Any other suggestions?
