9650 withe v6.0 - awful battery life
 

Just replace my Tour with a Bold and the batter life is awful!!! Turned off the wi-fi and it still runs through the battery like s#@% through a goose!!!

Anyone else seeing this? Is there something I can change to help?

What other apps are you running? I get about a full days worth with fairly heavy sms and bbm use while at work. If I mess around with FB (specifically fb chat) I get more significant loss.

Just Facebook, Kindle,Google Talk (rarely used), Delta Airlines,........same apps I had on my 9630

Facebook eats battery for lunch. Seems to be a big drain.

Facebook should not be left on, at best you should access it read what you have and exit by closing the app, if you are letting it run constantly your battery will be drained quickly. As much as people use these devices for social apps, they are not designed for that primary purpose.

Switched to the Sprint version of OS 6 and all is good!
