voice mail, does not log as incoming call
 

When someone calls me, I answer. I get the info that it was an incoming call, I get the time, and the phone number.

If someone calls, and does not leave a voice message, I get the same info.

But, if someone calls, and they leave a voice mail message, I get notice that I have a new voice mail. But, I do not get any info on the incoming call log, such as the caller phone number, what time ...... NOTHING.

Anyone else having this problem, any solutions to fixing it?

Are you using AT&T's Voicemail viewer? Torch 9800 or 9810?

I have AT&T, 9810. Do not know what "Voicemail viewer" is. I just get the notice that I have a new voicemail.

View or hide call logs in the Messages application - User Guide - BlackBerry Torch 9810 Smartphone - 7.0

I have:

Call Logs
Show these call log types in message list:
ALL CALLS

Short of pulling your battery to maybe correct the issue, I don't see anything that could be causing this. It may be time to call AT&T.

Your missed call should be directly under the VM notification
