voice mail, does not log as incoming call
When someone calls me, I answer. I get the info that it was an incoming call, I get the time, and the phone number.
If someone calls, and does not leave a voice message, I get the same info. But, if someone calls, and they leave a voice mail message, I get notice that I have a new voice mail. But, I do not get any info on the incoming call log, such as the caller phone number, what time ...... NOTHING. Anyone else having this problem, any solutions to fixing it? |
Re: voice mail, does not log as incoming call
Are you using AT&T's Voicemail viewer? Torch 9800 or 9810?

View or hide call logs in the Messages application - User Guide - BlackBerry Torch 9810 Smartphone - 7.0
Have the steps in this doc been followed. |

I have: Call Logs Show these call log types in message list: ALL CALLS |

Short of pulling your battery to maybe correct the issue, I don't see anything that could be causing this. It may be time to call AT&T.
Your missed call should be directly under the VM notification |
