Outlook subfolders sync on a Blackberry device..
 

Is there any way to ensure that all e-mail messages in the Outlook subfolders synchronize upon enterprise activation??

I'm switching out devices, did a backup of the old device (to get the sub-folder content) then restored the new device (Did the backup connected to desktop manager) but the subfolder content only came back with messages that were recently filed, no older content.

In a nutshell I'm trying to make sure all messages that show in the Outlook subfolders show on the handheld.

Is there anyway to get this content on activation??

Also, upon enterprise activation some of the address book entries showed up as duplicate what's the easiest way to wipe the entire address book only?
