Lost video player in 10.3.1 update- Z10
 

AfterI installed 10.3.1, I lost the ability to see videos. When I select a video, say one I've just taken with my phone, the screen goes black for the duration of the video, then returns to the menu. I don't know how to selectively reload the necessary file(s) to get back. Any suggestions?

I'm wondering if this is related to the issue others are having with 1080p video with 10.3.1.

This case doesn't sound exactly the same. But see if you are recording in 1080p and try other recording settings and see if it makes a difference.
