Updated OS on Curve.. now it is constantly reboots
 

A friend of mine has an at&t 8310. She came on to here and followed directions on how to upgrade her OS. She did everything as was instructed. Her phone now is in a constant loop. Reboots, turns on to security verification, then reboots again. She did the OS upg on her mom's Curve and that was successful. Any suggestions?

Does she have a media card? If so, have her pull it out and see if the reboots stop.

If they do stop, have her move everything from the card to the PC, then format the card.

Once the card has been formatted, have her move the files back one at a time, this will determine which file is causing the reboots. Remove that file once it is found.
