BES 5.0 & PGP Universal Server 3.0 PROBLEM
 

I have a feeling nobody is using this setup yet. However, I am having a problem on the handheld side, and was hoping to get an answer.

After PGP support package is installed on device, and enrollment takes place, everything is fine. Managed keys from the UNS are downloaded to the device and keystore password is set. The problem happens after. Some of the units cannot find private keys for others in the same group. The keys are all SMK and managed by the UNS.

Upon sending a message to another managed user, the device scans the UNS for a public key, (that is on the internal user list) but cannot find the key, and just sends plain text to server instead of encrypted message.

Any help on this would really be appreciated:idea

RIM and PGP both don't seem to have any documentation about running BES 5.0 and UNS 3.0 together.
