"Unrecognized Document format" - email picture
 

Hi,

I tried to email myself a picture and then tried to open it, but I get the error above "Unrecognized Document Format". I'm using a 7100v with OS 4.1. I've tried modifying the picture to suit all types of resolution and dpi etc. The last I tried was 240x260 @72dpi and 24bit depth. Still no luck! anyone know why??

We are experiancing the same issue with a 8700g running OS version v4.1.0.309. The previous OS 4.1.0.284 did not have this version. We are running off a BES.
