Look for Doc to Go. I can't remember if the pdf reader was free in OS7 or if you still needed to buy the premium version to get it.

The free Docs to Go is bundled with the OS. If it isn't on the device, use the Desktop Software to install it.

Load the version that is bundled with OS first. See if it opens pdf files.

Newer versions (and the premium version if there is one) will be in BlackBerry World.

As I say, there may not be a premium version anymore for that OS. As I think about it, I think I bought it when I had OS5, but with OS7 the pdf reader was included.

Documents To Go - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & PDF files on iOS & Android

It's probably in App World as well.
