Simple application development

I've been asked if we can develop a small app to display a user guide on our BB's that can be dropped out via BES.

We are using BES 5.0.2, is there anything out there we can now use? I was of the understanding that MDS studio is no longer in use so is there a successor?

You should inquire in the developer section.
This is more of a development issue than a BES admin issue.
