Twitter help on blackberry

I downloaded twitterberry on my BB pearl but don't have an account. I've searched all over the menus and can't figure out how to sign up. How do I get a twitter account for my BB?

Do you have a twitter account online? Maybe you have to have that first?

Just a guess on my part, I never used it.

You will need to use your computer and first sign up for a Twitter account at twitter.com. Once that is done then you can enter your account information in Twitterberry.
