How to Monitor BES 5.0
Our BES 5.0 for Exchange is acting up (stops sending email messages after 48 hours) and is wondering what I can do to monitor the server and figure out why and when it is doing it.
For right now I just reboot the server and it fixes it, but I need to dig deeper and find out why. |

For starters, check the Event Logs and make sure all BES services are running. If possible, check for BES logs for possible errors. Cheers |
