Suggestion box for Blackberry???

Hello all, I was wondering if there is a way to contact Blackberry with suggestions.

I've had 3 blackberry's now and was going to buy a new one, but I just don't like any of them. (9800 Torch to 9320 Curve to 9810 Torch2)

I believe that Blackberry is the only company who can appeal to the needs of people like me (mechanic/biker/fabricator).

Anyway, if they read these forums... My issue with the new phones is that they are all touch screen with no backup! if i'm working outside (which i always do) and my hands are cold, touch screen doesnt work! If i get some oil or grease on my hands (which I always do ad a mechanic, even if i wipe it off, residue is still there) touchscreen doesnt work. do you get where I am going?

my 9810 has touchscreen for when its nice (map app +zoom), a track pad for when the touchscreen fails and a full keyboard for when the touchscreen + track pad fail! PERFECT! I just wish it wasent so slow and always freezing!

that damn hour glass/please wait thing make me want to smash it all the time!:x

but otherwise its great

and good battery life!

so why dont they make a new torch or at least on the Q10 bring back the track pad (and i heard hot keys were missing?)

If you're willing to pay top dollar later this year, the Q20 is what you want. Keyboard, trackpad, menu key, etc.

Honestly, if I were you, I would get a Bold 9900. It's easily the best of the old devices, and has everything you want.

To answer your first question, yes - [email address]. There's also the Beta Zone, which they do monitor closely.

This forum is totally volunteer and not affiliated with Blackberry so it's highly doubtful they are reading the posts made here. It may be useful if you post on the Blackberry company website forum and if anyone is really listening to users your suggestions may be read. Again highly doubtful.
