Outlook Calendar Sync

In a nutshell, I'm having problems with some blackberries that they are not syncing the calendars. I have 3x 8700g blackberries with bes 4.1 and exchange 2003

They sync from outlook to the device, but not device to outlook.
Checking the log file their is a problem with cdo.dll but i've followed the
KB-00886 and KB-05270 and cant seem to fix it.

Just to confuse the matter out of the 3 blackberries, one works perfectly. Two dont, which confuses me!

Part of the log below:

I had a similar issue and solved it by opening desktop manager, selecting backup and restore, followed by backup. Once you have a good backup, you will want to clear the database on your BB ( on the right) and then resync to (re)populate the the BB calendar.

It looks like a permissions issue ... The BESAdmin account is getting an error that it can't get to that users mailbox (nick)

Is BESAdmin in any privileged groups? Is nick in any privileged groups?
