Calendar Restore Problem
 

1. Not sure if this is the right place to ask but ask i will. My 9810 was wiped this past week and restarted with minimal apps loaded. When I went to reload my calendar, address book, etc. they would not reload. This is the same phone same pin that they, the address book, came from. If I try to select "device data and settings" the "Address Book - All" is greyed out and will not load. The Loader says that the grayed out are "read-only data and cannot be restored" Okay so my question is this how do I get my address book, calendar - All back on my phone. 2. Where would I find out about where on my BB would Zeus be found and how to remove it? Why will 9800 Themes and apps not work on my 9810? thanks rcb3

You need to go into the Address book, hit the menu key and go to Options. There is a setting for "Wireless Sync." You'll want to deselect that.

Once Wireless Sync is disabled try the restore again.
