How do I change a PDF doc. Name?

I have several pdf's with criptic numerical names. I would very much like to give them real names.
But neither Adobe nor file manager have any way I can find to do that. Delete only.
Any ideas?

Probably every other file manager will allow you to rename.
A couple examples are File Browser and Files and Folders.

Save As with the new name
