"Data Connection Refused" message

Got this message on my 7100t on TMO and the display shows "gprs" (all lowercase). Anyone getting this message?

Yep - in Central NJ. Both of our BBs are getting them.

Popped the battery and everything.

I just randomly started getting "unable to open a pdp context to the following apn: wap.voicestream.com"

Yeah, did that twice and keep getting it. I guess TMO's data service is down?

edit: as of 10:45PM the "Data Connection Refused" message went away and GPRS is back. Sent myself a test email and it worked fine. This is in Northern Virginia.
