HELP :( white blackberry with red cross
 

hi im having alot of trouble with my blackberry 9320, whenever i put it on charge the white battery sign with a red cross comes up, i've inserted a brand new battery its still the same, tried plugging it into the computer still same screen and same when i charge it sometimes when i charge it, it'll show the white battery with the yellow charging sign, and then onto the reboot screen but after 2 minutes it will turn off and go back to the white battery and red cross sign, i've cleaned the metal bits of battery and the phone and still no look :( help :oops:

Are you using the charger that came with the BB? Or using the correct cable?

The BB uses a 5 pin micro USB cable and should charge from the PC. If neither the PC or wall charger won't charge the BB then it may be a defective connector on the phone. If you can, try your charger in another BB.
Was the phone dropped or wet? If so then that may be an answer.

yeah the phone has been dropped but its been working perfectly now all of a sudden its been doing this for the past few days, went and bought a new battery and its doing the exact same

and the charger is working fine in another blackberry so its not the charger may just be my phone :(

Unfortunately you may have a physical connector issue. There is one other thing you can try, reload the phones software. Not normal but it may be something to try as a last resort.
Either way it won't hurt. Do not load any added Apps before testing.

how would i reload the software? whenever i plug it into the laptop it comes up with the white battery red cross sign with the battery or even with it out
