9800 browser problem
 
I have got browser and email setup access problem for customers(Vodacom Tanzania) using 9800 torch(AT&T).Other services are working but browser prompt there is no service books.

Note:This is a first time for the customer to subscribe to blackberry data plan

Either goto Options > HRT (Host Routing Table) and select Register Now. This works in OS 5 but I haven't played with OS 6 just yet so look for something similar if this is not listed. If all else fails of the IMEI's and PINs ready for the provider to push the service books out to the units - if they don't offer the unit its possible they dont' have the service books specific for that model to push - especially if none are in testing by Vodacom Tanzania.
