Topic about a virus......

Hello.
I use a Blackberry Passport. I have set the internet setting for secured level (blocking pop windows, no cookies, anti-phising activated, webRTC deacvtivated). During net surfing, when a entered a tab in a specific site, a pop Windows appeared and announced the phone was infected with a number of viruses, 14 viruses (!!??). Actually, after, i checked that site from my PC and the antivirus program and firewall said the site was clean, no virus there. (i know, it was a Windows antivirus, but still....)
Also, the phone worked perfect, no problems after.
Because i had no important info in my phone, i made a backup with BlackberryLink Device setings and contact/calendar data. I have wiped my Blackberry. After a new install i restored the device setting and contact/calendar data.
Phone works perfect, of course, but i have a question (probably it sounds silly). Is it any change as a virus, malware, trojan, etc. (if there is one) to remains in the device setting or contacts/calendar data and to be restored all together with the backup file?? Or it can remains only in aplications or full backup option?
Thanks you for support.

There is no virus on a QNX based device.

The web browser might have been tricked to a site that made a pop up telling you this

Thank you for reply. Indeed, i did not hear of any virus for Blackberry 10 OS.
So, should i understand that there is no malware in device setting contacts / calendar backup data?

PS: i have just verified again and again that site with every subpage and links. It uses some pop-up links about the PC antivirus software announced (1 time in 10 verifications) that might be a phishing attempt with that page and blocked it. So this should be the reason?
Thank you.

Yes. The corrupted site you went to is sending out phishing and false alerts. The solution is to NOT go to that website. Your Blackberry and data are fine.
