icon on home screen

I have a icon on my home screen that is not listed on any of the manuals or blackberry world. It's in the right corner directly across from the day and date display.... its a circle with a cross through it and it has three signal strength marks next to it. What is it for? Help!!!! lol:smile:

I double posted because I originally put it in 8300 Curve forums and not the 8500 Gemini Forum. I didn't know both phones had the same features. Calm Down!!!!! I would tell you thanks for info, but you didnt give it. Only this smart comment lol........... peace
