Volume problems with my BB Curve 8320
 

I realize this might be a problem with my bluetooth headset (voyager 520), but even with the volume on the BB at Zero (0), the volume on my headset is really loud and it distorts if people talk loud. I don't know why a volume of zero still produces sound, let alone really loud ones. Increasing the volume either on the headset button or on the BB does increase the volume even more so the volume buttons and indicators do work. It just can't go quieter than is comfortable for me. 2) I have the opposite problem with the handset - the loudest volume setting is too quiet. Is it possible to make the handset volume louder? (I know on the palms there was a program you could download for that - anything like that here?). Any ideas? :?
