backup contacts list

can anyone tell me how to print out my contacts list from blackberry desktop manager ?(for Bold9000) would be really appreciated,

have athird party software on your computer?

There are a few free IPD. reader programs. Search on the internet for one you like. do a backup to get the file to the PC
Once the file is open you can print or copy it to another program such as MS word.
Magic berry is one
