Level 1 messages / filters and BES

With BIS emails, I can apply a filter and set matching messages to be forwarded as level 1 messages. However, BES filters only seem to have an option to forward or not forward. Is there any way to tag some BES emails as level 1 messages based on a filter?

Thanks

Yes. Messages > Options > Email Filters on your handheld.

All those options are there. And make sure, when "no filters apply" select "yes".

Thanks for the reply, but the only 'Action' option I have when setting a filter is 'Forward' or 'Do Not Forward'.

Here's the layout of the screen:

Filter Name:

Action: Do not forward

I'm guessing everything above 'Action' is the filter criteria. Action only has two possible options. Forward or not. I don't see anything to tag it as a Level 1 message.

Yes...the stuff above is the filter criteria. When you select Action: Forward, the Level 1 option pops up. And you can check the box...or don't. :)

Aha...! How stupid am I. I should have gone through the motions of actually creating a filter.

Thanks. It's all working now. :)
