WAP browser missing

If I go to the Browser Options/General Options I only get:

Internet Browser
Get New Games

I have an unlocked Telus 9550 with a Rogers SIM card with a voice and BB data plan.

I have resent the Service Books twice.

I am also missing the wap browser on my Bold 9000, on Rogers running 5.0.0.771. Because of this I can't download the Telmap Beta. My options are:
internet Browser
get new games
hotspot browser

whats up with that?!
