problem downloading Ascendo Datavault to Q10
 
I changed to Q10 from 9900. I had Ascendo and did a software transfer. When I try to download it from BlackBerry Myworld it shows "Start Dopwnloading" then says I have to purchase the app but does not give me an option to pay and get stuck at that state with month download. I went to BlackBerry world to make sure that I delete Ascendo from "Available". Still no change! Please help.

Update from today: I got advice to rest the BlackBerry world cache. I did and also reset the BB. I still have the problem that Ascendo Datavault will not download! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as I depend on this app.

You should contact the author of the program...

Hi, Thanks I did, but they are the ones who advised me to have a clean rest to factory setting! I am trying to avoid that because of the hassle I had doing the enterprise activation.

I reset back to factory setting and am still getting the same problem. it keeps giving me "you need to purchase the app" window!! then nothing happens!
