problem downloading Ascendo Datavault to Q10
I changed to Q10 from 9900. I had Ascendo and did a software transfer. When I try to download it from BlackBerry Myworld it shows "Start Dopwnloading" then says I have to purchase the app but does not give me an option to pay and get stuck at that state with month download. I went to BlackBerry world to make sure that I delete Ascendo from "Available". Still no change! Please help.

I reset back to factory setting and am still getting the same problem. it keeps giving me "you need to purchase the app" window!! then nothing happens!
