Application Switcher keeps popping up when i hit the BB menu button
 
v4.7.1.57

For the last few days, when I hit the BB menu key next to Send, the application switcher comes up instead of the menu. Any reason for this? I have the application switcher programed for the left side button but it has been working and still does. I have to hit the menu button several times before the menu shows up.

If you hold the BB in too long it brings up the Switch and not the menu. Just tap or menu

hum, well, i haven't changed the way i press the button
 
is there a way to adujust the reaction time of this button?
