Cant setup push email on Orange network using former Vodaphone BB9380
 

Can anyone help:

I have a Blacberry 9380 which was on Vodaphone and has been setup to work on my Orange network. It makes and receives calls fine and its UMA works as well. However I can't get it link up to Blackberry Protect or via my online blackberry.orange account to setup my push email accounts. If I try to 'Setup a new device' it says its can't detect it although the phone is connected to the internet and making and receiving calls as I say.

Apart from the issue of not being able to access my email I also can't reload all my telephone numbers via Blackberry Protect. Perhaps these features don't work on the Orange network using a non Orange handset?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
