Would BES12 Cloud solve my old server problem?
 

I've got an older SBS 2003 server running exchange. I've been running an old BES server on that for our 2 BB 7 devices. Wanting to move to BB 10 I would have to upgrade the entire server.

Would moving to BES12 Cloud solve my problem allowing me to move to BB 10 devices? Eventually I'll upgrade the server but it's a bigger cost than I want right now and if Cloud services solved my problem at least I could move to BB10.
