No enterprise acc password ( bought used phone)
 
Hi people, I bought a month a go a blackberry bold 9900 and i can't figure out how can i change to a normal email account. And i dont have any activation password. Someone can explain me how to change this?

you need a BlackBerry data plan to get emails on it even with Wifi

Call your cell carrier and if they do not have BB plans you need to change carriers.
some don't have the required Blackberry data plans. A standard data plan does not work .

Yes. The older BlackBerrys required a BlackBerry Data Plan to work.

No solved problem... The previous owner didn't use the phone very much, only for general use(calls, messages...) And didn't know much about the phone.Now, I don't now what do you mean with carriers, I'm portuguese by the way. Thanks for your awnsers. Someone please can sugere the next steps. Complements

The Carrier is the company that provides the service to your phone. A call to them will help. Optimus does offer a blackberry service. I was unable to read the web site because it must be in Portuguese. Ask for the various plans and select the one you think will be best for your needs.
