Help!!!! Missing App World

I cannot locate my app world on the home screen but present on the application. Deleted it several times and re downloaded again and again but it just appears on the application but not on the home screen. This has really made any other application download impossible. I always get this error message' uncought java error class define.lang. Somebody pls help!!!
