New to BB, a few questions regarding the Storm 2 (9550).
 

Hiya.

As stated above, I'm new to Blackberry, got my first one, Storm 2 9550 two days ago.

The phone itself is awesome, the only thing that bothers me is the fact that I can't get connected to RIM servers because my carrier doesn't support their frequencies or whatever, and the Wi-Fi is only working for about 1 minute after I turn it on, I wish I could fix that, but I can't seem to find how.

Anyhow, I've got a few questions about the general options of the phone.

First, is there a way of hiding the currently running apps?
I know there are always 5 apps in the background, but I don't even use most of them. Is there any way of hiding or removing them from running in the background?

2nd question is about the scrolling.
I have my old phone here, Motorola Droid, and I was wondering if there's an option of making the scrolling longer.
As for now, the phone only goes through 20-30 lines after one 'slide' with the finger.

I went to the Options menu and edited the Swipe Sensitivity and Hover Period, but I was wondering if there's anything other than that that can help.

About those 2 questions above - I managed to get into the Engineering screens, but still haven't found anything helpful.
I'm guessing you guys know a lot more about this phone than I do, so I figured I'd ask.
