Outlook 2000 appointments don't show up sometimes
 

I have a user who has a 8830 who has had a few appointment's fail to show up on her Blackberry. It is a rare occurrence (3rd report in 4 months) but at least the last two times, she stated the appointments were made by her secretary, who is running on Outlook 2007. However, most other appointments made by the secretary show up just fine. No other users have ever reported such an experience (we have about 60 BB users)

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I know there is a way to check if emails have been sent to the Blackberry, but is there a way to check the status of specific appointments?

EDIT: we have BES4.1

delegates should be on the same mailstore and use the same version as outlook as the person they delegate for, could it be something to do with that?
