microsoft outlook flags???
 

hello all, newbie here, what have i done incorrectly to my outlook, when i synchronized my bb for the first time, all of my entries from my bb (address book) are flagged messages now on my outlook, everytime i log on to ms or even worse every time i receive a new email? i've search the forums and so far nothing. what can i do on my outlook to prevent or repair this?
please help.
